Hey Anupam.... As u said this is ur first blog....so i must say this has come out from ur heart....mast likha hai....this is the real situation of software engineers.....you have mentioned almost everything that i feel now after joining this industry....which u feel is charming from outside...but it looses all its charm once u join it....
Yups truly said.Infact isn't it more of clerical job than that of a s/w engineer's.Then be it a small co. or big giants in this IT realm.If one has to really satisyfy his/her real urge of enjoyng the work and feel productive...then forget it.Start your own co. instead or as recently a IIM guy did-Start a coffee shop in Banglore.. :)But the question is how many of us can really dare to make a differance..
